Service I was not happy when I left only due to the fact that when I got my truck back that is 9 days old on the day of the oil change, it smelled like burnt I was not happy when I left only due to the fact that when I got my truck back that is 9 days old on the day of the oil change, it smelled like burnt oil. This lasted for two days and either I am now used to it, or it has slowly burned away. But the smell was so bad, people were asking me why it smelled like it was burning oil with only being 2 weeks old? I am sure oil was spilled somewhere inside the engine compartment while it was being serviced, but it should have probably been cleaned before bringing it back to me. More

Good except for trash left on drivers floor. Dirt/asphalt/oily dirt left on drivers floor. Looks like we stepped in something and tracked it in. Had to dump floor mat before getting in. no answer I took my car in because of a check engine light, without an appointment. The service department said they wouldn't be able to look at it until the st I took my car in because of a check engine light, without an appointment. The service department said they wouldn't be able to look at it until the start of the following week, which I understood as it was Friday morning. The following week goes by without so much as a follow-up call. I ended up calling them multiple times after about 6-7 days had passed and the only diagnosis they had made was it seemed like a transmission issue and that was it. Without any further answers, the following week, 12 days later, I picked up my car and took it somewhere I thought a service center might help me with actual answers and options. More

I was told that I wouldn’t get one because my truck wouldn’t be there that long. Well I turned my vehicle in at 8am and received the call at 3:41pm saying that it was ready to be picked up. That’s basically all day that I was out of a vehicle. With my job in the military I can’t afford to not have a vehicle for that long. More
