First it's take a long time to get an appointment there. The people there are friendly and courteous. Once your vehicle is there off an appointment it takes hours to get an mechanic to evaluate and get back The people there are friendly and courteous. The last time I took my vehicle there the mechanic called me directly and that never happened from anywhere else I've ever been was surprising. And for the main reason I took my vehicle to the shop wasn't addressed until hours later and was expected to leave my vehicle for the part be ordered. Which was days later and didnt receive a call that the part was in. I had to call them which was about 2 weeks later to see if that part was available. In which the part came in and to set up another appointment, and next one available was 3 weeks later. So it's been about month to fix my main problem and still have two weeks left till my appointment. I think I should've had some kind priority but I guess not. More
