Brought my pick up in for overheating problem and I was told that I will need cylinder heads replaced that will cost 3,600 dollars to repair, I took my pick up to another shop and the problem was the therm told that I will need cylinder heads replaced that will cost 3,600 dollars to repair, I took my pick up to another shop and the problem was the thermostat was put on incorrectly they removed it and put it in correctly problem solved. Since 2016 I have ONLY taken my vehicles to LCJD for servicing. The service department is amazing. Brittaney kept me updated on the status of my car. She also went over all of the service options with me when I dropped my car off and once again when I picked it up to show me what was completed and what suggestions were made by the techs. I made Taylor aware that I was coming on my lunch break and that I would need a ride back to work. My appointment was at 4:00pm and I was running just a few minutes behind. Once I arrived I was told that the “driver” leaves at 4pm each day, but Taylor went above and beyond and had already arranged for another employee to take me back to work.
