Started great. The lady at the desk checked me in quickly, she was nice even answered some questions I had about remaining service. Waited for the truck to get done The lady at the desk checked me in quickly, she was nice even answered some questions I had about remaining service. Waited for the truck to get done, figured it’ll take about an hour. Which roughly did, maybe a little bit over but wasn’t too bad. One thing I didn’t like was after I had already left I noticed parts of my steering wheel felt dirty. It was oily and had like some dirt on it. I then felt it on the side mirror buttons and door handle. I thought I could just wipe it off with a napkin I had in the truck but it turned brown/black quick. Had to use cleaning spray and wiped it down. This was the first time this has happened. This was the 4th service I’ve had with them and it’s never happened before. I hope it is just a one time thing, but other than that it was good experience. More
