Matthew, thank you for taking the time to give us feedback on your service visits to Lawton CJD. Let me offer my wholehearted apologies for the experiences you have had here. It sounds like we did not meet those expectations with your visits on multiple vehicles. Based on our service records, the Renegade was brought in June 16th, 2021, prior to me joining the team, but I apologize for the oil situation, I do see that we took care of the charges for that. It also appears that you brought your own oil based on the notes I have. The rest of the concerns you had were completed under the manufacturer's warranty. The technician that was completing your transmission service of your 2017 charger was fully certified to complete that as with all my Lube/Maintenance bay specialists. Due to the complexity of the vehicle build and the way we have to connect to get the maximum effectiveness of the service you requested, the timeline for the service is lengthened. Also due to the proximity of the catalytic converters to the connecting location for attachment of the fluid exchange machine, the heat generated causes us to have to wait for a cool off period so the technician does not get injured. I assisted with the service to ensure there were no issues. We also drive the vehicles that have a transmission service completed to ensure quality control. This also allows the fluid to get to operating temperature so we can verify the fluid level so 20 miles of highway driving is not unusual. At the time of the writeup you give us permission to drive and operate your vehicle when you sign the repair order. I will coach my team about speeding in the parking lot as our lot is congested due to the workload we have.
