Don’t expect to have a loaner or get your vehicle back in time expected. Had to doordash lunch because i was stuck without a car when i dropped off for service at 8am and it was supposed to be done by my lun time expected. I appreciate that they were flexible on when they could get my Wrangler in for an oil change and tire rotation. They were able to complete it in a timely manner. My husband is the one who took my Jeep to get my Wrangler in for an oil change and tire rotation. They were able to complete it in a timely manner.
