Service department is unorganized. Had an appt at 1 and didn’t get done until nearly 5pm. The service lady at the desk treated my son very awful, we will never do business her again. Had issues getting my vehicle in to the dealership for service. I’m still under warranty. They wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee of 172.50 even though I’m under warranty. Finally got the service manage service. I’m still under warranty. They wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee of 172.50 even though I’m under warranty. Finally got the service manager to get my vehicle in the shop under my warranty. The lady that checked me in was not friendly at all. It seemed like I was inconveniencing her by even bringing my vehicle in. And then she said they would need to keep it for 5-6 days because they don’t have a lot of time to try and make my vehicle duplicate the problem. I was told that and she in way offered me a loaner for the time frame either. Got a call around 12 that my vehicle was ready and they couldn’t make it duplicate the problem so they didn’t fix anything. Got home and tried to shut my trunk only to be meet with the same problem. Not shutting unless I continue to shut it repeatedly 4-5 times. When I went to pick up my vehicle. She just looked up for half a second and point to another area and said they will get your key over there. No smile no have a great day no nothing. Who would have though that me spending over $30000 dollars on a vehicle from them would result in the staff acting like you are bothering them. More

They had my truck for just shy of three weeks because they kept getting the wrong parts from the warehouse. Then they didn't install them correctly when they had me first come to pick it up. Then it took them six days to replace a broken key fob they initially claimed wasn't broken. Not even an apology when I finally picked it up. More
We appreciate the assistance. However, the jeep still pulls hard right after being aligned and still vibrates excessively right about 72 mph. It was recommended that we replace our tires with a smaller size or lift the Jeep. In taking it to have it lifted, it was advised to us that neither of these things are the “fix” and a stabilizer of some sort would indeed address the issue. This vehicle has been at a repair station since we bought it just a few weeks ago and we will end up paying a couple thousand dollars for our “new Jeep purchase”. It may not be the fault of your establishment but in all honesty this purchase has proven to be a tragic mistake and this experience has been nothing but hassle and headache. This is our first Jeep purchase. Based on our experience thus far it will be our last. At this point, we simply want to get our business with Jeep done and over so we can move on from this poor decision to buy this in the first place, which we surely regret. Respectfully, this is meant to be useful feedback. While we appreciate your assistance, our issue of vehicle alignment and vibration has not been resolved but we did indeed pay our bill. Now that may be good business for you, as a customer we have undoubtedly been duped. Our mistake I suppose. Once again, not trying to complain, just trying to define our experience. Im confident this cannot possibly be a normal experience and I am certain someone on behalf of Jeep and Bob Howard Jeep of Edmond are employed to prevent this type of purchasing experience from happening.
