Communication is of the utmost importance to us and it appears that we did not meet your expectations. We know that your vehicle was here for body/PDR repair and unfortunately the timeline on that type of repair is much longer than normal service work. The insurance companies have added quite a bit of time to the process due to the inaccurate estimates that have been completed by them,.
