Shaun was excellent through the entire repair process. He didn't have to, but he made things right with the estimate and actual cost. Doesn't follow through with commitments. They put things they've committed to off over and over again by making excuse after excuse in hopes that the customer will just leave it as is. If we didn't have the engine warranty that requires the dealership to do oil changes & add the additive, we would never step foot in this dealership again. More
