My advisor was very kind. The mechanic was also very personable. I try to avoid this shop unless for whatever reason I have to choose it. I hate to say it, but the prices are insane and feel criminal. Hundreds of dollars to change a bulb that i couldn’t get to because the headlight was a bit stuck. My latest vehicle left with an issue it didn’t have before it went in, but of course developed sitting at the shop. After testing alone the bill would be a grand. Maybe it’s just me. More

Sales staff were less than honest. Vehicle had engine defects requiring two cylinders to be replaced. One under warranty, one not.
