Poor customer service and parts dept I went in to install remote start for my 2018 RAM, I had an appointment time of 9:15, I left them the truck while I ran some errands. I called several I went in to install remote start for my 2018 RAM, I had an appointment time of 9:15, I left them the truck while I ran some errands. I called several times throughout the day to check on my truck and they didn't even start installing the part until 4:30. To add to that they didnt order all the correct parts so I had to pick up my truck and bring it back at a later date and scheduled am appointment time for 9:00, this time I stayed to ensure they had everything, still they did not abide by my appointment time and didnt install/ program my truck until around 11:15. Overall their service was awful and the price for the kit and install was outrageous. More
