I wanted to acknowledge Heath who initially talked to my husband and I about purc I purchased a 2020 Doge RAM F1500 on the 4th of July and I love it! I wanted to acknowledge Heath who initially talked to my husband and I about purchasing a new vehicle. My husband and I told Heath what we were looking for and he took the time to help us select what we were wanting to purchase. One of the things I really appreciated about Heath is he never pressured us. It was about a month later when we were able to go back to the dealership and purchase the vehicle we wanted. My husband stayed home with our kiddos while I went to the dealership to start the purchase process. My experience from beginning to end was extremely pleasant. My salesperson Eric saw me walk into the dealership and greeted me with a smile and called me, "Mrs. Reynolds." Eric was very patient with me through the process. He also took me for a test drive in my new vehicle so I could get a good feel for my new truck before driving it home. As we drove, Eric gave me a great tutorial on how everything operates in the truck. It has a lot of bells and whistles! :o) I really can't say enough about his kindness and patience he extended to me during the process of answering my questions and my back and forth over the phone with my husband on the decision making of things. Before I left with my new purchase, Eric made sure my new vehicle had a fresh wash along with a full tank of gas. He advised me if I had any questions at all at a later time to not hesitate in giving him a call. He even e-mailed me detailed information on the operations of the truck if I were to forget anything he showed me. I also received help from Jorge with the decision making on what company that would be a good fit for me with financing. He actually save me a major headache and I really appreciated him educating me in this area and being so patient. As for Chris in finance, he is a walking book of knowledge and has a lot of patience. He was so helpful! He walked me through all of the different warranty packages to help me choose the best choice that fit my needs. All in all the thing I appreciated the most about my experience?? The respect, patience, and kindness I was shown by all four of the men mentioned. They were great! Lawton Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM by far exceeded my expectations in service.
