No issues with my experience. Everything was fine and the people were friendly. I cannot think of anything more to say that would be helpful. people were friendly. I cannot think of anything more to say that would be helpful. More
I am very pleased with the work done. I pleased that they call and tell us other work needs to be done when they discover it. I trust their judgment. We purchased a truck from them in 2017 with the promise of a second key fob. My husband called/txt his salesman multiple times and got the runaround till he started having issues with the one fob he had a of a second key fob. My husband called/txt his salesman multiple times and got the runaround till he started having issues with the one fob he had a few months later setting off the alarm randomly/locking and unlocking the truck etc. He went and spoke with the manager (Tony) and was guaranteed that the fob was in perfect condition even though my husband could only use it with a large binder clip holding it together. My husband asked again when he could obtain that second fob and again was shot down, but told at this point he could now purchase it. We have been in there multiple times since for the same issue. Fast forward to three days ago, my husband ordered two additional key fobs online because at this point his truck is starting on a hit or miss basis. He DROVE his truck to Lawton Dodge to have the two new keys programmed and instead of Shawn informing him that the keys weren’t compatible with his truck, Shawn charged my husband anyways, and in the process completely disabled the one somewhat working key fob we did have. He couldn’t tell us what was wrong, only made assumptions, swore they tested the original key and it was fine so it had to be something more serious. We had to pay to have the truck towed to our home the following day. We ended up calling a locksmith, paying another $227 on top of what we had already paid to Lawton Dodge for their incompetence, as well as towing, only to find out that in fact it was the chip in the key that was completely destroyed! So how in the heck do your mechanics miss that on multiple occasions, Lawton Dodge? To make matters worse we went up to the dealership asking for them to do the right thing and reimburse us for unnecessary expenses due to their lack of competence...we got a phone call the next morning from Shawn and the dealership manager Anthony/Tony that ended up with them berating us, shouting at us, Downplaying their part while they admitted they couldn’t program the keys we brought them, and once I advised them I was recording the conversation because my husbands command team wanted JAG to become aware of the situation, they got hostile and hung up immediately with no resolution! Please stay clear of this place. They prey on service members and it’s truly heartbreaking. More

I had brakes worked on, rear pads replaced and perhaps shoes, not sure. Also tune-up, replacing head gaskets and spark plugs. The Service department knew I was leaving for a trip on Thursday September 2 shoes, not sure. Also tune-up, replacing head gaskets and spark plugs. The Service department knew I was leaving for a trip on Thursday September 24 for Minnesota and Wisconsin. They has the car for almost a week. The car ran as normal until I reached Wichita, KS. I stopped for gas and when starting up to continue the trip, the car ran rough, idling very rough, no acceleration unless pressing hard on the accelerator. Continued to run very rough until reaching cruising speed of 60 miles plus. I had to floor the accelerator to get the car to respond and kick in with speed. We use to call it overdrive. Twice during the trip while slowing down to park for lunch and another time, the oil light came on and the car died. I called Eric to tell him the condition function of the car. He suggested I go to a Chrysler dealer and have them check it out. I had only 3 days left in Minneapolis and had no idea where the dealership was. My nephew had a gauge for cars and it showed my car was misfiring. He pressed down on the sparkplugs and one gave. The car still ran rough. Home 3 days and it is running a little better at lower speeds but still very rough in idling and increasing speeds from full stop to city speed limits. More
