Although all were very young ( as a result they will remember when I was there ) they knew their jobs, Polite, Knowledgeable, Professional ( although I forgot why I was there, I'm old ) 2nd time I was there was to get an oil change on my Jeep. Everyone was Efficient, Polite. I arrived at 11am for a 11:30 apt.time. When I arrived the Gentle man that took my information, understood that ( as I advised ) I was very important, and they should get me " in & out " as fast as possible. They did. One last comment..when I pulled in, I recognized from my last visit, your sales manager..I stopped, got out, said a few words. Then he said," let's met up so you can buy me a beer". Unfortunately, Mr.Santos forgot, it was I that said, the 1st time I was there, " you guys need TO TAKE ME OUT for a few beers ". But that's "OK"...we all forget, once in awhile.
