People are really friendly but their business practices are suspect at best. They tried sneaking in over $7K worth of hidden fees that were veiled under the fine print. Then, when it came time to execute the dealer funded window tint, it took several calls and messages before I was given a response. The tint went fine and the dealership provided a nice loaner vehicle. That process went extremely smooth and very quickly. Setting it up was the only difficult part. More

I was a little upset the day I got service because I was told it would take 45 minutes and 2 hours later I was finally told it was done. However I don't hold it against them now. Went in for an oil change, but they did the works! Great service, they called about the vehicle needs in a timely manner. Vehicle was out same day and there were 6 service items done!! Lawton Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM was really awesome experience for my 3rd vehicle first truck was 2012 ram big horn the second one was a 2019 ram rebel and this third time was for my dream truck the 20 experience for my 3rd vehicle first truck was 2012 ram big horn the second one was a 2019 ram rebel and this third time was for my dream truck the 2022 TRX which was great time with the sales team, finance team, and the GM, they were also very helpful, knowledgeable on all products thanks again for a wonderful experience.
