We were on vacation from Western NY when a fan blade broke off and took out the radiator,luckily we were at our motel. Called Lawton Crysler Dodge and talked to Brittaney told her what happened. She sai broke off and took out the radiator,luckily we were at our motel. Called Lawton Crysler Dodge and talked to Brittaney told her what happened. She said to get it towed in the next day and they would look at it. she called back later with an estament and said they would try to get it done the next day. Brittaney called the next day about 1-2 o'clock said the car was done. In a two days time we had the car in, got an estimate and back on the road.During this time she also had a driver take us back to our motel and then sent him to pick us up when the car was done. Also she told us that while we were waiting for the car to be repaired,that if we needed to go anywhere to call her and she would send a car to take us. They went above and beyond to get us going again. We didn't buy our car there but they treated us like we had been customers for years. If we lived in the area we would diffinetly buy our next Dodge from them.Thanks to entire crew at Lawton Chrysler Dodge More
