Took 3 months to get all the paperwork done ever time we will do some paperwork and walk a way we where told they didn’t write it up right so we had to go back we left without having a bank and we brought t will do some paperwork and walk a way we where told they didn’t write it up right so we had to go back we left without having a bank and we brought two cars not just one we where told that we would be getting 3 checks back took about 5 months to get it all done we brought our cars in June and it’s not November and we didn’t get done with paperwork or checks till lasted months in October and they wrote our title for both cars wrong and because they wrote them wrong we had to pay a late free for both cars to get them registered I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone in a million years for the way the process went down and for the way I was treated and still treated when I go into get a oil is unfair and very unprofessional More
Very unhappy with the whole experience! !!! Worst part would be from the front desk person who didn’t greet me cause she was to busy talking to her child. Also very rude in person and also o !!! I had an appointment time and date and didn’t get any call or information about my truck until I called and texted multiple times to hear they haven’t even looked at it 3 days later. What’s the point of an appointment? They had my truck for 2 weeks and when I picked it up the guy gave me one key back instead of both and told me I could drive up the street to the other shop to get it. Very rude. I dropped off 2 keys I want 2 keys back. No communication from front desk, parts department and service. Also I was told to get new key fobs it was $125 per key didn’t tell me there was a charge for programming and ending up paying over $400 for 2 key fobs. I will never be back or tell anyone to go there. More

Shaun did great my trying to help me get the batteries changed but since my warranty expired just one month prior they decided to honor it.
