I dropped my truck off around 9 for a scheduled 10:00 oil change. I didn't hear anything from you until I called around 2:30. I was told my truck was just being wrapped up and would be ready soon. It took 5 change. I didn't hear anything from you until I called around 2:30. I was told my truck was just being wrapped up and would be ready soon. It took 5 hours, with no communication, to do an oil change. I'll drive to Norman from now on to get service as including the drive time it will still take up less time More
