Sales We were looking for a used Traverse, found one online at about 930PM selected it to review the description of the car which generated an automated ema We were looking for a used Traverse, found one online at about 930PM selected it to review the description of the car which generated an automated email from a fellow named Ken Coltharp, We went the next day to look at the care when we walked in A salesman names Braden Erickson asked who had been helping us, I told him know one that we had found the car on line and wanted to take a look at it, He looked up the car and said that Ken had been helping us but he was with a customer, Ken knew we were coming in at 1:15,,Never saw him, never met him, and didn't have car pulled up as stated. That being said lets get to the good part. Braden did a wonderful job along with TJ Hafer the Mgr. the worked with my wife and I through the whole process beginning to end and also worked with us on the price of the car in which we are very please, Great car and great folks, I just think it's a shame that a guy has to split his commission just because an automated system puts our name in a salesman box and we the customer never laid eyes on the guy. That is something I would change. But from a customer standpoint I would buy from them again. More
