Shane, Stephanie and the general manager Ched were absolutely terrible and unprofessional. We were 100% scammed. We signed a contract with them and put a $1000 deposit down on a vehicle, only to be ca absolutely terrible and unprofessional. We were 100% scammed. We signed a contract with them and put a $1000 deposit down on a vehicle, only to be called the next day and told that they made an error and we would owe more money. They had over valued our appraisal and instead of admitting their wrong doing and fixing their mistake, they demanded we pay them more money or they would not do the deal. They then proceeded to to yell at me and told me I was stupid and didnt know what I was talking about. Shane and Ched both hung up on me several times and told me they were done contacting me and refused to give me contact information to the regional manager or owner of the business, part of which them saying these things to me I was able to record. Treating customers like this should not go unchecked. I have already submitted a complaint with the manufacturer, and filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and with the corporate Kia office. I signed a contract, I paid my deposit, and I legally deserve the deal I signed for and was offered. Since others havent had such issues with this dealer maybe it is discimination? Errors I understand. But harrassment and mistreatment of a paying customer is unacceptable. More
After filing out the online form to request a test drive, I got a call with no voice mail from the dealership and then a text with no introduction. After establishing who they were, they did set me up with an appointment to test drive my vehicle but they should have told me to just walk in because my appointment was not with the person it was scheduled with and the car was not pulled up when we arrived. I told the scheduler that we would be installing multiple carseats as part of our test drive; the whole process would have been much better if having an appointment had saved any time whatsoever for my kids to be sitting around. Unprofessional- I made an appointment for 1:15pm the day prior. I was notified that the used vehicle was available and would be ready for me to test drive. Upon arrival the car was taken apart in the shop a prior. I was notified that the used vehicle was available and would be ready for me to test drive. I was told that I would not be able to test drive the car (Awkward silence) so...what is the point of being there if I cannot drive the car. I would not purchase a vehicle that I am not allowed to drive. The original person (Brandon) that I was supposed to meet with was not interested in making a sale or fixing the situation. I thanked MJ who was very helpful to his credit and inherited this debacle from Brandon. This was a horrible experience, no respect for anyone's time. I took the afternoon off work and scheduled an appointment. In addition I drove more than 42 miles to get to the dealership. It was absolute nonsense that this place operates in such a manner. More

Unbelievable! ! Told "F*** You!" and "Go F*** Yourself!" by a person claiming to be a sales manager. Found the new car I wanted on Autotrader and sent an email to t ! Told "F*** You!" and "Go F*** Yourself!" by a person claiming to be a sales manager. Found the new car I wanted on Autotrader and sent an email to this dealership. Got a call the next day from the dealership. I asked for the out the door price and received a quote via text approximately $500 more than the listed price. I accepted the offer via text and by phone and set up an appointment for the next day to drive 130 miles north to pick up the car. My call was transferred to another person who said she would make sure the car was ready to pick up and she would call me back in 10 minutes. I transferred money into my checking account to cover the full cost of the vehicle. An hour later I called back. She was busy. Two hours later I called again. The person told me the car I wanted would not be available for two weeks. I asked if the price would still be good, and she informed me it would be about $2,500 more than I had agreed to. I told her I would take it but that I might sue to recoup the difference because we already had a deal. She transferred me to a person who claimed to be a sales manager. I had the same conversation with him. I was told "f*** you!" When I tried to explain that I already had a price in writing. He interrupted with "go f*** yourself" and wanted to know if I thought I was a "tough guy." For the record I am a 66-year-old retired lawyer who does not consider himself to be a tough guy and I don't think it is possible for one to f*** themself. To me, this behavior is unacceptable in a situation where a customer has a legitimate documented disagreement over a shifting vehicle price. More
I dealt with Hayden and was very disappointed. I asked a simple question about if they had a Seltos on the lot. He repeatedly told me that the Seltos "appeared" to be there. I then asked if I turned the corner and pulled onto the lot if the car would be there? He said it "appeared" to be there. I told him I did not appreciate the ambiguity and he would say nothing else. I did indeed visit the lot minutes later and they had no Seltos on the lot. I don't appreciate being lied to by Hayden. More
