Car buying....ughhhhhhh. but a pleasant experience We were greeted at the door, not hounded. A very pleasant experience from Braden staring the process. Our friends recommended Lawrence Kia, although their salesperson was no longer with the company. Braden took on the approach that he would show us a few cars that we were interested in. After we narrowed it down to 2, they offered to let us drive either vehicle home. This allowed us to really get a feel for the car. It worked. We went back the next day and drove our option. We told them we wanted to think about it one more night and would give them an answer on either vehicle the next day. On to the next day. We went in and Braden was busy, so Terry helped out. Bottom line.......we drove a new car home. Thanks for everyones help. More

Ryan even came in on his day off to finalize the deal for me. Mario was my financial manager and we got in there and he explained everything clearly and if I did have a question he answered it completely. We were in and out in no time. The client is made to feel comfortable immediately -- no pushy salesmen. I really appreciated the care and effort. My salesman, Ryan Bjorgaard was great: personable, engaging, could talk about all sorts of things (not just cars). I felt he was perfectly sincere and truthful. Worked with me and his finance department to find a meeting point between us on the price. Also found the finance manager, J.T. Luginbill great to work with. A young workforce that is perfect for the times, 2017 and beyond. Highly recommend. P.S. For question below about being left alone for more than 5 minutes: this was at the end, waiting for meeting with finance manager and while car was being washed, etc. While the wait was a good 35-40 min (in a comfortable waiting area), my salesman, Ryan, continued to come by frequently to ask me if I needed anything (water, coffee, coke, etc.). It was the last weekend of the year, so it was very busy. The dealership head manager also came by to thank me, say hello, etc. More
