First Time Buyer Experience I was helped by Joe Wissmann. He was very helpful and willing to answer questions. As a first time buyer, it was important to me that my questions be answered, and Joe was very patient. However, there were some things that seem important that went unmentioned and I feel it's because I didn't have the experience to ask. For example, the clause stating that there is no grace period whatsoever went unmentioned, which seems like something a first time buyer should know. The sticker price of the vehicle also went unmentioned and I wasn't provided with options. Other than these flaws, I feel I got a fair deal and they got me in a car I could afford in a manner by which I requested. More
