I went out of my way to get to this specific dealership For the inventory. My mother had researched different cars online and found a good deal at Lawrence Kia. I was immediately greeted by your sales rep Dakota, who was very cordial and straight forward. He asked the right questions and helped me narrow down my best options for the vehicle I wanted. He worked with Charlie, the GM, to find the best vehicle for me within my budget. They presented many options and explained each benefit thoroughly. I feel truly blessed to have been guided to this location as they are one of the few places to honor their warranty for your lifetime. The 10,000 mile warranty that Kia is famous for was a huge drawing point for me, and the fact that this place takes it a step further made the trip worthwhile. The financing process was concise and easy. I had expressed that I was impatient and wanted to be out of their asap. Each team member went above and beyond to ease the process. My mother, who use to work for another dealership said this was 10 times faster than any other transaction she had ever seen. I later discovered a slight discrepancy in my paperwork that I missed on my part. A quick phone call and a few pieces of paperwork later, and all was fixed. I strongly feel that this would have been impossible with any other dealership. I am quite confident in saying that Lawrence Kia genuinely cares for their customers and conduct business in an honest and efficient way. I will recommend that my friends and family go out of their way to shop at this dealership for their future needs. Going above and beyond car repairs. Recently I lock my car without knowing the key had fallen out of my pocket and was on my car seat. I was at a gas station which was of no help. They found the phone number for my doctor; they let me use their phone to call the office so that I could warn them I might be late.
