We bought our vehicle from here and generally like to take bigger service projects to the place we bought it from. Scheduled a key programming and cut to our vehicle. Drove almost an hour away to have this done just to be told that tech isn’t in and is only there on an every other week basis. I have been told several times now some one will call me back to get it schedule when they know when the tech is in. No one has called me. I have called 3-5 times a week trying to get it and a get a phone call back. The girls who answer the phone just keeps trying to schedule me and says “we will just go ahead and schedule you and then if he’s not there just call back” that wouldn’t be such a problem if people at kia Lawrence would actually answer there phone. We are gonna go ahead and pay a bigger penny to have better customer service. Will not buy or service our vehicles here EVER again. One of the worst experiences I have had in my adult life. More

EDITED UPDATE: Honestly, it was a horrible experience in the end and their CUSTOMER SERVICE is horrid. They do not want to work with you at all and do not care about you. It's all about the money and the bo the end and their CUSTOMER SERVICE is horrid. They do not want to work with you at all and do not care about you. It's all about the money and the bottom line for them. Their tag line is "is putting dreams in driveways" but that is NOT TRUE! Also, Chris is the most uninterested salesperson ever, he doesn't care about you're experience. During the first half of the dealing he tried arguing with me, then when we thought a deal was done of course he changed his colors and was all nice. But then when the deal fell through he went back to being uninterested and didn't care that the deal feel through. They could of easily helped me more on my situation but all I get is a cold shoulder. I would not recommend them at ALL! After posting the original review, the sales manager called me. He ended up basically arguing at me and then hung up on me. They could have done more and find different banks. I have an excellent credit score. When I went to a different dealer I got virtually the same vehicle for the payments I wanted because the dealer found many different banks offering me a loan. Lawrence Kia was stuck on one bank but could of looked at other options but didn't want to do so. Again, I would not recommend this dealer, Chris is a horrible salesperson and the finance people aren't willing to work with you and sales managers call you and then hang up on you after yelling at you. Yeah, there's a reason on CARS.com and DealerRater this place has a 3.2 rating. PS: They go as Dream Automotive as well. After leaving a bad review on their Lawrence Kia page on FB, they blocked me. They say they strive for customer satisfaction, but instead, they block you if you have a bad experience. Don't go here if you value your time and money. Luckily I got a better deal and experience at a different dealership. More
Worked with Chris tonight to work out a deal for a new Kia for my granddaughter. I have worked with many dealers over the years and Honestly Chris was one of the best dealers I have ever worked with. Not only did he treat me with respect but he was so kind to my grand daughter even staying over time to help us work it out. I am so glad we chose Lawrence Kia and will continue to do business with them going forward. Do yourself a favor and ask for Chris!! More

Excellent experience buying a 2023 Niro from Lawrence KIA. Lopez was my salesman. He was kind, helpful and not pushy. Worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. Dishonest and when called out will continue to lie or state they didn't know it was a lie. Chris, Andy, Brandon and a hand full of others will pass Dishonest and when called out will continue to lie or state they didn't know it was a lie. Chris, Andy, Brandon and a hand full of others will pass you along to the next person if you question anything and pressure to just sign on the dot line stating it can be figured out later. Many of the used cars don't have a warranty and they are not up front about it. Its so 1950's there that it is best to bring a man (I vomit even writing this) with you if you intend on to do business with them because they will act like anything auto related may be over your head if you're a female and they will call you "young lady", "honey" and "sweetie"...very gross vibe. Sadly I thought I really wanted a car from them and now I wish I never met any of them. I should have believed the google reviews. Also Anne Kelly isn't the owner or in charge she is simply PR, they have been sued so many times for dishonest business practices as well, I didn't know. More
