Just to see inventory Do NOT deal with Lawrence Kia! We found a 2015 Subaru Outback on Car Gurus and decided to investigate further on their website. Just to see inventory on their website, you must give your name and contact information. As we were interested in the car, we decided to play along. Sales Rep Kymbre contacted us the next morning and asked when we would be interested in seeing the car. Since we live 30 minutes away, we didn’t want to head over there immediately but expressed interest in the vehicle. She contacted us each of the following three days about the car. On the Friday of that week, we contacted Kymbre to tell her that we were interested in seeing the car that afternoon. She responded quickly that the car was available and she would put us down for an appointment. She also asked us if we wanted to place a hold on the car for $250. We declined but headed to the dealership anyway. Upon arriving, we didn’t see the car but were told we could test drive it after filling out paperwork. After completing 30 minutes of paperwork, our sales representative told us that he would go get the car so we could test drive it. Ten to fifteen minutes later, our sales representative returned with the new car sales manager who informed us that the car wasn’t even on the lot and was still in transit. This all occurred AFTER we were told MULTIPLE times that the car was there and we had an appointment to see it. The new car sales representative then asked if we would be interested in seeing some of their other cars, making this whole situation seem as if this “bait and switch” tactic is typical of their business practice. I don’t recommend using this car dealership. Do NOT trust them if they say the car is on the lot. Do NOT drive from out of town. Do NOT waste your time, energy, and effort. More

Excellent I can’t express how awesome Darren and his staff are. Darren always remembers my name, my family’s names and anything else we discussed from our last I can’t express how awesome Darren and his staff are. Darren always remembers my name, my family’s names and anything else we discussed from our last visit. I had a headlight go out and a dealership in Topeka was telling me that I had to take the bumper off etc to change this bulb. I called Darren and he went up and above to help me out. I recently lost my Dad...who was not a fan of letting a dealership work on cars. He trusted Darren and his staff to take care of me. Darren is one of a kind!!!!!!!! More
