I started out dealing with Danielle through the internet, and later met her when I went to purchase the car, she was extremely friendly and accommodating. Dealt with Chris DiCarlo to talk price and trade and finally make the deal and he was super! Worked with Chris in financing and he worked to get me the best monthly payment possible. I had a lot of accessories installed, free from MOPAR with my purchase! Because of this delivery took longer than I would have liked but everything was installed professionally and the car is awesome! Chuck ended up following through to the end and he couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant! While I was at the dealership waiting I met a woman from Maine who went there to purchase a Jeep because they had the best price! My husband and I went into this dealership trying to buy a used Wrangler. When we got there, the one we were interested in was sold. I heard from Chris the next day through email and he was just checking up. I didn't feel any pressure from him at all. We went in the following week and Chris was off this day and we spoke to a gentleman by the last name Ossino, I can't believe I can't remember his first name. He took us out on a test drive and pointed out things that were good and not so good about the vehicle. he wanted to make sure we were doing the right thing. He took the time to show us how the top came off and how the seats worked. He also pointed out the options on the newer vehicles. We fell in love with the 06 and purchased it last night. It is the right fit for us. We spoke to the director of finance and as long as I wasn't hung up on numbers as far as my trade and the cost of the vehicle we were all set. He made sure I didn't pay more every month and things just worked out. My suggestion to people that are not paying cash is to know what you can afford each month and let the finance department figure out if you can afford it or not. After all isn't that what matters most how we budget every month. This was a great experience with no pressure and 100% honesty what more can you ask for from an industry who likes to take advantage of people.
