Nick was very friendly, but not as knowledgeable (or able to differentiate) between the two models I was considering. Some of the "after the sale" stuff was not as complete as I might have hoped. I am confident that I could have secured a lower interest rate had I waited and applied with my husband as a co-financer, but the process got moved along too quickly and it was too late. It was the cheapest New 2010 Jeep Grand searching for a vehicle for the past 6 months, and at Lawless, I found one that was very competitively price. It was the cheapest New 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited that I could find in the entire country. That's the reason I chose Lawless, despite the fact that I had to fly in to MA and drive all the way back to GA. But the money I saved was worth it! Chuck was helpful since the beginning, answering all my questions very promptly. This one email I had send him 10+ long questions, which he stayed late at work and answered. Once we got there, we got a ride back to the dealership and all additional questions were answered as well.
