My experience purchasing a used vehicle at Lawless was pleasant and uncomplicated. The sales specialist, Chuck, was friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly, he genuinely considered my priorities. I was in the market for a practical and efficient vehicle within a nonnegotiable budget and Chuck acknowledged my requirements. He was attentive without being aggressive. As a result, I found the perfect car at the perfect price! I was not able to find a vehicle of equivalent value within my price range outside of Lawless. The car that Chuck recommended for me, a Mazda 3, is flawless despite being used. After the purchase, Chuck continued to follow up with me to ensure that I was satisfied with the car, offering to keep the lines of communication open for additional upgrades I am considering adding to the vehicle. He also performed research on his own initiative to make recommendations for upgrades. I would highly recommend Lawless to any serious buyers wishing to avoid deceptive or gimmicky dealerships. More
I had recently just gotten into a car accident and my car was totaled. I knew I wanted a Jeep was was referred to Lawless. He was very knowledgeable and patient( he had to keep going over the 4 wheel drive with me because I keep forgetting:-)). I have told two of my friends who are looking to buy Jeeps to go there and ask for him. In the end I got a 2008 Liberty Limited for a great price and love driving it every minute! More
I walked into Lawless after receiving an offer from another dealer I didn't think anyone else could beat. However, I just didn't feel comfortable with how I was dealt with and what they were selling a another dealer I didn't think anyone else could beat. However, I just didn't feel comfortable with how I was dealt with and what they were selling at that other dealership. I felt instantly at ease as soon as I walked in the door at Lawless; the atmosphere was extremely welcoming. I explained my situation, how I had a car with my name on it waiting at another dealer, and asked if they could find a comparable vehicle with a matching price. They immediately went to work and were quickly able to produce a similar vehicle. After a test drive we sat down and started talking numbers. I never felt pressured about purchasing a vehicle and everyone I worked with was extremely courteous, and more important, patient. After going back and forth on the numbers we remained $1000 above my quote I walked in the door with. Given that the vehicle at Lawless was a bit more enhanced and a more desirable color compared to the other one I began to sway just a little. We talked some more numbers and came to a $500 difference between the vehicle at Lawless and the other one. What ultimately sold me was the good faith bargaining and how I was treated by the Lawless staff. I never felt intimidated nor felt like I was having a car jammed down my throat. I elected to pay a little more because I really enjoyed working with this group of people and trusted what they were selling me. I also liked the car they were selling more than the other one I saw. I got the car that I wanted at a very fair price and Lawless got a customer who has no hesitation of recommending them to others. More
I was a bit nervous going into this, however when meeting Amani, he put those nerves to rest. He was warm and friendly. Derek, the sales guy that i dealt with at lawless jeep was very helpful and not pushy at all...compared to all the other dealerships I visited this dealership had the best deal on the new 2011 Laredo and was very helpful and not pushy at all...compared to all the other dealerships I visited this dealership had the best deal on the new 2011 Laredo and the best customer service as well....other dealerships acted as they either didn't want my business or were too pushy...but not this one...I found it to be a good experience. Danielle was very helpful for at least a month prior to my purchase by emailing and talking with me on the phone. The entire sales process went smoothly from the first test drive to the day that I picked up the my car. I am very confident that I got a great car at a great price and even though I travelled a bit further, it was worth the trip! The gentleman in the finance department was equally as helpful (I forget his name!). Thank you to the entire team! If my husband moves forward with a truck purchase, we will definitely be back! More

I live nearly two hours away in NH. I had started working with a dealer in NH, and asked them to get the vehicle I like from Lawless (found through autotrader.) Lawless had an internet price lis working with a dealer in NH, and asked them to get the vehicle I like from Lawless (found through autotrader.) Lawless had an internet price listed, and the NH dealership insisted there was no way that Lawless would sell it for that price (and stated they must be applying every rebate available even if people wouldn't qualify for them.) The NH dealership gave me a price (on the same vehicle) that was more than $3k higher than Lawless' internet price. So, the same day, I contacted Lawless' directly (through their site contact form.) By the end of the day (Tuesday), we had a deal based on seeing my trade in person. I went down on Friday and bought the car... for the internet price that Lawless had posted. The only real "catch" on the internet price is it is based on financing through them. Also, this is not the first car I've bought out of NH, but it is the first in MA which does not have temporary or transit plates. But there is a NH DMV in NH, and the new owner (in this case, me) can drive the 25 minutes from Lawless to the Salem DMV and pay $10 for a temp plate to take your car home that day. While I went for my temp. plate, the dealership had the car prepped for delivery: removing the remaining protective plastic and a final wash & detail, plus a full tank of gas (which doesn't always happen with car purchases anymore.) Otherwise, you will need to take your "old" car home and someone from Lawless will drive the vehicle and meet you at your town office (in NH) to complete the registration. For me, the trip to Salem was worth it because I like to drive a vehicle once I buy it. This is a common set-up for NH residents buying cars in MA. Overall, I highly recommend Lawless, and those that I worked with: Danielle, Derek, and Chris. More
