My son and I walked into the showroom and we're greeted by the instantly likeable Phil. I asked him a series of questions which he ansered truthfully and promply. I told him that my wife would be making the decision he didn't push me. He even let us leave without a "visit from the manager" like most dealerships. Great! I brought over my trade and my wife , made the deal, and picked up the car that day. Couldn't have been easier. Really easy financing with reasonable terms. I never realized Lawless was a family owned business and I could really tell. I truly enjoyed buying my new Jeep from a warm and inviting dealership. My sales specialist was Phil Ossino. He was one of the best car salesman I've ever dealt with. He was personable and friendly and gave me no pressure. I hate the process of purchasing a new car and Phil made me feel very relaxed. In addition, his knowledge of the Jeeps was outstanding. He was able to answer all my questions which enabled me to make my decision easier. The new 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee is incredible!! I have put on about 620 miles in just about 5 days and the car is great. Chrysler/Jeep did a fantastic job with this remodel. I had a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee which I loved but this new Jeep is totally different. The ride is soft, luxurious, quiet and comfortable.
