We began our search for a van for our growing family. Our search started by evaluating different makes and models until we decided on a Chrysler. I think the most proven quality of any good salesperson is the ability to listen to what your customer is looking for and to then show them what they ask for. Derek spent ample time identifying the van that we wanted and then showed us that vehicle. Derek took us for a test drive explaining the options and anwering many questions from us. We visited with many other dealers that offered similar vehicles and price. However, we quickly realized that Derek was the person we wanted to buy from. The Service department at Lawless Chrysler Jeep was friendly and concerned at addressing my repair issue(leaky oil pan gasket) on my Town and Country vechile. I bought my Jeep Liberty in August 2010 and Brad was great. He got us the Jeep we wanted and got us through F & I with minimal delays.
