The only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 for overall experience is because they weren't able to get the auto car start and GPS within the week from when we purchased, to when we picked up the truck. I'm not sure how long that will take but someone else that bought a truck a couple weeks before us is still waiting and told us it will probably be a month or so, which is way too long.
