I went into Lawless looking for a trade or a buyout of my '08 Ram. Phil greeted me with a smile and a great attitude. My story begins in December 2010 when I spoke to Andy MacKillop on the phone asking when the 2011 Charger would be coming in so I could test drive it. I need to have an AWD sedan and there are not many choices in my desired price range. Andy kept me in the loop for two months with ETAs and the assurance that once the RT AWD model came in, he'd set let me know. Last week, the RT arrived on the dealership's lot and I got both an email and phone call from Andy. I was so impressed that I made an appointment to go in and take the Charger for a spin this past weekend. Andy assigned me to one of the salespeople on the floor...Billy Passanisi. Billy's confident, warm and calm demeanor immediately put me at ease...and I was soon off for my test spin (which I elected to do alone as that has always been my preference). The Charger is a fantastic car...but just not quite right for me...but that is not the point of this review. Even when I decided that I did not want to purchase the car, I was treated with the utmost enthusiasm and understanding...such as I have never before experienced at a car dealership.
