I have recently moved to the Woburn/Burlington area and decided to switch dealerships so this is initially why I visited Lawless. Although I have only visited for one service so far I appreciated the frien decided to switch dealerships so this is initially why I visited Lawless. Our salesman, Phil Ossino, was very helpful and informative. He found the vehicle we wanted and had it at the showroom on time. The negotiating of the price, the prepping of the vehicle, waiting for the papers to be signed by us. A small over sight of the exact cost of the vehicle to us. I would recommend Lawless, but would also tell people to be prepared to sit and waste their valuable time. More

I have taken my vehicle to Lawless for the standard vehicle service on a routine basis. During my visits the full service allowed by my service plan was not being performed (tire rotations). This ommi vehicle service on a routine basis. During my visits the full service allowed by my service plan was not being performed (tire rotations). This ommission of work occured multiple times. When I brought this problem to the attention of the Business Development Manager the problem was corrected quickly and professionally. I appreciate the manner in which my concerns were handled. More
I called early Saturday afternoon with a trouble light showing on my Dash Board and Jackie McCarthy took the call. She was very reponsive and asked me to come in right away so her service department techn showing on my Dash Board and Jackie McCarthy took the call. She was very reponsive and asked me to come in right away so her service department technicians could take a look. The Service Techs Looked at the Vehicle and after examination, corrected the problem. The quick response by Jackie and the Techincians who fixed the problem were profesional and accomidating making the remainder of the Afternoon worry free. More

I have had a positive experience on this last visit. Although, it took longer than expected, the service department resolved my issue. After bringing my car in to another Jeep dealer in my area, Lowell Although, it took longer than expected, the service department resolved my issue. After bringing my car in to another Jeep dealer in my area, Lowell, they could not shut off my check tire pressure indicator, and blamed human error ( mine ) and the weather for the problem. I took my Jeep into Lawless over the winter with the same problem, and they said it was resolved, but as soon as I drove off of the lot, the light came back on. This last visit, I brought my car in for a routine oil change and asked again for the light to be turned off. After about an hour and a half, one of the service advisors came into the waiting room and told me they couldn't figure out how to shut it off. After another half hour, it was resolved...Finally... I will never go back to 495 Jeep in Lowell for the attitude that was given to me by the service manager.. Lawless will be my service place from now on. More
Lawless Chrysler was my choice back in 2005 for my Chrysler 300. Since that time, I have not been disappointed with the service at Lawless. Amani and Derek are both very personable and dealing with them both was an excellent experience. They made the rest of the car buying experience much nicer and less stressful.
