My experience with this dealership started off going really good. Amani Wilson was a very helpful salesperson. He was very competent and knew his stuff. He made the beginning of my search there go pretty well. When it came time to talking to the sales manager Chris(with the glasses), as a person who is in sales have never talked to a more rude, pompous sales manager. He was first inundated to help me out when he first came over to me, came off with a bad attitude and as time progressed got worse. I wanted to test drive a new Jeep and he wouldn't give me the time of day. He told me that "this is a Saturday and they are too busy", "we're only here to sell cars", "we don't have time for this." The first thing they teach you in kindergarden is "dont judge a book by its cover" and they also tell you that in your first day of college. Not the greatest sales pitch or a good way to represent a well respected dealership in Woburn. I was very disappointed to have been treated like that seeing as though I live right there and have to drive by there in disgust everyday. I definitely recommend Amani Wilson as a salesperson. If you do go to this dealership and Chris is your sales manager, tell them you want someone else or be prepared to treated unprofessional, rude, inundated manner. I'm happy to say that I brought my purchase at another local dealership, but still disappointed to have had walked out of there ripping all my paperwork out of the sales managers hands.. More

I purchased my new 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo X on October 30, 2011. The salesperson, Amani Wilson, could not have been more accomodating. We went in with a price from another dealer in the area and October 30, 2011. The salesperson, Amani Wilson, could not have been more accomodating. We went in with a price from another dealer in the area and not only did Amani and Lawless match the price, they did so with a vehicle which exceeded the options quoted on the previous dealership. I would recommend Lawless and Amani Wilson to anyone looking for a new Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge and will be returning for a new vehicle in a future. More
Tim met me at the door as I was walking in the show room - not with a fake smile - but with a friendly hand shake and a sincere question: "you here to see someone?" When I said I didn't have a meeting set u - not with a fake smile - but with a friendly hand shake and a sincere question: "you here to see someone?" When I said I didn't have a meeting set up he simply asked "ok, so, what are you looking for?" For me, I like just getting the business done. We went right to our discussion and he answered all my questions, new his inventory, and in the end listened to me and I was able to get in to a new Jeep with his help. I needed to finance with a trade-in. Their financial guys worked with me and they were able to actually come under my very tight budget. All in all an excellent job well done. More

The car was in excellent shape, just what I was looking for, and Lawless arranged a low rate loan in minutes. Mike even delivered the vehicle to the Rhode Island town I live in and helped out with the VIN check, a requirement here. I'm very satisfied with the vehicle, price, and staff, and would highly recommend them. More
We had a very bad experience, with multiple errors on our bill, service not performed, and an inaccurate claim by Lawless that the car had a problem with the lugnuts. Details - on vacation we brought in ou bill, service not performed, and an inaccurate claim by Lawless that the car had a problem with the lugnuts. Details - on vacation we brought in our relatively new Dodge (still on original warranty) to Lawless for an oil change and tire rotation, with an appointment. We were asked if we would mind going in a special 'faster' oil change service line instead of using the mechanic we requested. We asked if technician competence would be the same and were told it would. About 1/2 hr later we were called over to the service desk by "James", who said tire depth was low and offered to sell us 4 new tires for about $1K. We declined and reiterated desire for an oil change and tire rotation. Awhile later we were called over to the service desk a second time, and told that the lug nuts had "swollen up" and could not be removed, so the tires could not be rotated. No mention of a warranty claim was made. We had to ask several times for Lawless to actually document this supposed problem on the service receipt. They ultimately did so, writing "...lugnut swollen - need 20 lugnuts...". We then noticed Lawless had the mileage down erroneously as 36K - which would have been after the factory warranty expired. We went back in again for an accurate receipt (at that point receiving it from 'Steve Pedro', who seemed calmer.) Before leaving Lawless, we called Chrysler on a cell phone from the lot. They opened a case on the spot, apologized, and were ready to have the lug nuts fixed at a service facility of our choice - however, on return to our normal dealership, the tires were rotated with no problem noted with the lug nuts, and no mention was made of an immediate need to replace all 4 tires. While everyone at Lawless was polite, they took a lot more of our time than they should have (essentially a 2-hour oil change), never rotated the tires, suggested a non-existent problem with the lugnuts, and seemed far more eager to sell unneeded tires than to fix a supposed problem that the warranty would have covered. All the reviews on here make me wish I had had a good experience at Lawless! Chris DiCarlo was an unprofessional shark: *my payment per month was $300.02 and was the agreed upon was $300 flat, so I s experience at Lawless! Chris DiCarlo was an unprofessional shark: *my payment per month was $300.02 and was the agreed upon was $300 flat, so I said something to Chris DiCarlo his response was "Come in every month I will give you the 2cents, whats it add up to a couple bucks" *being I was leasing the car, I asked Chris DiCarlo about my registration - it it expired before my lease did, what do I do come back to Lawless or what. Chris Dicarlo's response was "Don't worry about it its fine". I stated again that I am confused how will it be fine, Chris Dicarlo then grabs the registration out of my hand with "you pay the $30 bucks whats the big deal" [note:the registration renewal for my car is not $30 its $125] *I was told my car would be compltely ready, gas'd, washed, plates, etc by 6oclock the next day but Chris Dicarlo said he would call me if the plates got in earlier; I showed up at 6:15 my car was not ready, the plates were sitting at the secretary's desk, the car wasn't washed nor detailed, and there was no gas. Chris stated the car was a little dusty he was having it washed - bull it wasn't washed(be honest especially if your customer calls you out on it, like I did). -Chris drives my new car up to the front, gets out and meets me in the building where he hands me a piece of paper "go across the intersection to gulf, give them this, fill up your gas tank, then bring back the receipt to me" IS HE SERIOUS!!!!! *also I was told "your car is all set, you should have no problems, see you in 39month"; well my car wasn't ALL SET - I drove away and there was no inspection sticker!!! I called and left Chris Dicarlo a voicemail regarding this and to call me back- I never heard from him and its 12days later (btw the secretary sent him an email to re: my frustrations - I never heard from him about that either!! so POST sale there is no care/no follow up) I don't want anyone else especially a new buyer like me to experience this - Lawless prides itself as a family owned dealer not like Herb or Kelly or Ira well working with Chris Dicarlo made me feel like I was at one of those dealerships, not a friendly-family owned one like advertised.
