Tech writing YOU SUCK on oil change sticker My name is Michael Sjostedt i bought my car from Lawless back in 11/2018 and the salesperson was very helpful, i needed an oil change tires rotated an My name is Michael Sjostedt i bought my car from Lawless back in 11/2018 and the salesperson was very helpful, i needed an oil change tires rotated and the fluids topped off. I made a service appointment for 10/31/19, to have the work done. When it was finished i went home and when i got there i went to clean the windshield and the washer fluid was bone dry. I went into the house to call them and i had a message on my phone from Vince who said he was the Service Director and the tech was playing a Halloween prank and to bring my car back in so they could change the oil change sticker out. I went out and looked at the sticker and it said "YOU SUCK please drive safely", i called Vince back then he said that it was a new sticker system and it came to them like that. I told him i find it hard to believe that a company would send it like that and if they did then Lawless wouldn't have caught it. After hanging up with him i checked the oil level and that was fine but the tire preassue that i was to was all regulated, but that didn't happen either i had one tire at 41,one at 35, the other 2 were at 31 & 30. I told Vince that when i brought it back the next day and he said he would make sure everything was done. i would of left the review on Lawless website but there is no place to leave it and they only show 5 star reviews. I still have the message from Vince that he left and i took a picture of the sticker they put on my car with what was written on it. More
A week for a battery replacement I received a new battery in July. A couple of weeks ago I went to get my car and it wouldn’t start. I got a jump and was told to keep it running for 4 I received a new battery in July. A couple of weeks ago I went to get my car and it wouldn’t start. I got a jump and was told to keep it running for 40 minutes which I did. I then went out an hour and a half later and it started but after running it for another 5 minutes and shutting it off it wouldn’t start again. I was told by the service department that it was my fob. I got a jump and drove it straight to the service department. They told me they would try to fit me in. That was on a Friday afternoon. I called at 3:30 on Saturday and got voicemail. Asked for a call back which never came. Monday I called back and they confirmed it was the battery but it was a week out. They didn’t have any. They were trying to locate one but weren’t sure and would call me back later in the day. Again never came. I called and they couldn’t locate a battery but perhaps Tuesday there would be one. Asked for a rental and was told I could have one for a day! I was being inconvenienced due to a battery replacement that should have never needed to be replaced 5 months after a new one was put in! I finally got my car back a week after I dropped it off. I will not be back unless a warranty item needs replacing. More

He was frank, set expectations and spent the time finding the right car. Right through to the complete transaction everybody I worked with at Lawless had the same attention to great customer service. The car I traded was a Jeep and I came to Lawless after bad service at three other dealerships closer to home. So even though it is well out of my, I'll probably be back there for servicing my car and expect to buy again from them. More
