Dealer offered me a price for my trade that was about 1500 less than other offers I got. After they gave me a price they would not move on price of mine and never took any money off of the used one I wa 1500 less than other offers I got. I was told per the GM No!!! I have bought over 13 brand new cars and about 5 used in my life and have never seen such arrogance and kras from a dealer ship I only hope someone buys that sequoia and fails mass inspection so lawless can dump over 5000 to replace the frame More

I went to this dealership 2 times. The first time was to look at a Jeep that I liked but didn't love. I was planning on trading in a vehicle. I worked with Sham who went above and beyond to try to get me in look at a Jeep that I liked but didn't love. I was planning on trading in a vehicle. I worked with Sham who went above and beyond to try to get me into the Jeep. Unfortunately, we just couldn't agree on the numbers. However, while dealing with Sham a gentleman by the name of James came to appraise my vehicle. James made me feel very uncomfortable and he wasn't easy to talk to. Buying a car is not an easy thing to do and there are a lot of decisions that need to be made. Sham was understanding and easy to talk to about this, however, James made me uncomfortable and eventually caused me to not want to deal with that location, so I took my vehicle and went on my way. A few days later I was able to sell my vehicle and in turn this put me into a higher price range for a newer used vehicle. I scowered the web looking for the Jeep that I wanted and found it at Lawless Jeep. I was hesitant, but I made the hour drive down to look at the Jeep that I wanted. The Jeep was parked in a tough spot, but Derek and Sham were able to get it out for me to drive. Once I drove it I knew it was mine. I found a $400 coupon online that was for new or Pre-Owned vehicles. When I brought the coupon they told me that it was for new only. When I showed them where it said pre-owned, they said that they already added it to my Jeep. When the Jeep was delivered it had less than a half tank of gas and wasn't inspected. When I asked about those things, they said that they don't pay for the inspection and that they give you whatever gas was in the tank. Derek, Sham and Chris were easy and fun to deal with but James was not. A few days after purchasing my vehicle I noticed that there was a crack in the windshield behind the rearview mirror that looked like it had been repaired. They called me back and told me that it is a used car and there are going to be things wrong with a used car so it would be my responsibility to deal with the windshield. I have left my comments, but updated my overall experience. Since writing my review I was contacted by the dealership. The dealership has worked to regain my trust and has assured me that my experience is not how they normally do business. I feel confident that going forward, this location will work hard for each and every client as they have done to regain my trust. The dealership didn't pay for all of the things that I listed, however, they took care of the things that I felt they were responsible for. It was unfortunate that I had to endure this stuff and it was unfortunate that a poor review was needed to open eyes, but I feel that going forward clients will be better taken care of. More

I have to say that Chris Chapman will do whatever it takes for you to be satisfied. After some miscommunications over the past week, I got a very sincere phone call and an offer to come on down to see w takes for you to be satisfied. Chris worked with me to get me where I needed to be, was personable, and I watched him work very hard to help me out. Dimitri gets the highest marks. He was a great sales person and someone we would have loved to buy a car from. Unfortunately the sales manager Chris ruined it. What made it even worse was that Chris didn't even go outside to look at the car. How can someone not go look at the car for the sake of both parties is unbeknownst to us. While the next day they did come back with a bit of an increase it was still no where near the right price. Luckily there are many other Jeep dealerships out there and within 2 days we found one that gave us a better deal because they were professional enough to get up from the computer and inspected our trade in. How a simple thing made all the difference. Lawless has a great inventory (we found the car we loved there...but bought/ordered elsewhere) If visiting Lawless make sure Chris is not part of the equation otherwise it will be a waste of time. More
It was the most comfortable experience I have had in years. We were waited on and entertained. Tom and Amani are the best. I went to Lawless with a difficult transmission problem in my '02 Caravan. After looking at the vehicle, the service representative said they were very confident that a $1200 valve body replacement would s in my '02 Caravan. After looking at the vehicle, the service representative said they were very confident that a $1200 valve body replacement would solve the problem. It didn't work out that way -- the problem persisted after the repair. After that, Lawless performed additional work without charging me to solve the problem, but eventually concluded that major transmission work would be needed. I opted to sell the vehicle at that point. Afterwards the service manager arranged for a partial refund of the original repair bill and I was satisfied with the response, only wishing it could have been resolved sooner. Through the repair process, Frank Mutz the service representative was very helpful and communicated very well with me. John Ogles, the service manager was not so timely at getting back to me, but in the end he came through with a satisfactory resolution. My conclusion is that this is basically an honest dealership who made a mistake diagnosing a difficult problem, but then made a good faith estimate to keep the customer satisfied. On that basis, I would recommend Lawless to a friend or family member. More
My husband just bought a new vehicle a few days ago because we needed something more dependable. We did have a very tight budget, and Dimitri, as well as the finance department, was very understanding because we needed something more dependable. Dimitri was very up front, professional, and did work with us in all areas, which is something we weren't certainly not used to when walking into a car dealership.
