Lawless Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I was in the market for a new SUV, I contacted a few local dealers Quirk, Clark, DeLuca and Lawless. I provided the same specifications/trim level requirements to all 4 dealerships. Some quotes were out local dealers Quirk, Clark, DeLuca and Lawless. I provided the same specifications/trim level requirements to all 4 dealerships. Some quotes were outrageous and one was reasonable from get go. I then, visited Lawless and was greeted by Dimitar. After dealing and visiting the other dealers it was clear to me that purchasing and dealing with Lawless was a complete pleasure; no pressure, no games, no typical salesman pitches. They provided exactly what I wanted for a reasonable price. Upon pickup Dimitar (came in on his day off) and spent time explaining the car’s functionality in detail. He has been available on email and even provided his assistance during a minor emergency/question with the vehicle. The honest to God truth is, for me personally, it really was a pleasure dealing with Lawless, specifically Dimitar and I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

To be perfectly honest...I was shopping around dealerships and stopped over to Lawless to test drive a Durango. Shane hooked us up immediately and within ten minutes knew exactly what my budget was and what vehicle was perfect for me! I had to leave early to pick up my kids and with no hassle and pressure he accommodated our needs and allowed us to be on time for them...that was huge! He went above and and beyond any car salesman we have ever dealt with before. He not only located the Durango I wanted to the tee, but drove himself to get it and deliver all in the same day!! He made purchasing a brand new 2013 Durango a pleasure at Lawless! I would rate him a 10 out of 10 and recommend him to any friend or family member looking for a vehicle. I already posted on Google but for some reason, it did not go through. I saw some mixed reviews about Lawless and those folks are flat wrong. I had been driving a 2004 Dodge Durango (which I loved and it has served me well) but recently, the repairs started to become more costly than what the car was worth. It started to make a funny sound this past Monday (12/10/2012) and I knew it was time. Of course I was bummed out. I went home that evening and looked on line (cars.com) and a 2011 Jeep Unlimited (certified pre-owned) came up which looked good.It was at Lawless and out of impulse, I wanted to "just go and look at it" which I did the nxt day. There was no pressure and no one who came out to meet me for a pressure sale in the lot. When I went into the showroom, I met Shane Boucher who was very helpful. Shane who is a consummate professional was more than helpful actually. He was friendly and I felt like I knew this guy in some other life or something. The deal was smooth and Shane even helped me go and get my Durango and made my life that much easier! Some might say that he was just doing his job but Shane actually did much more. I felt like I could depend on him. I did my whole deal that day and have ABSOLUTELY loved my car these last two days. My Jeep is "smokin'"!!!! My daughter owns a Rubicon and she wants to learn to drive stick so she can use my car!! Since the deal, I realized I left my CD's in the multi-CD disc changer and called Shane who got it out for me. I highly recommend Lawless and Shane Boucher and the team over there. I don't understand people who go to a dealership with some issue and a bad attitude and then blame the folks trying to help them. Lawless has a beautiful showroom, a team who is very attentive, and I am looking forward to my 5 years of oil changes I got with my extended warranty. I am a psychologist and a college professor and I understand people. I was so happy to work with Shane and his team and I will go back to them in the future for sure. Highly recommended without any reservations whatsoever. Oh and by the way, leave the attitude at the door and ask for help from these guys and they will help you out!!! More
