Having purchased brand new cars in the last 10 years from Infiniti and Audi, I can honestly say, Lawless has them beat hands down on the entire dealer experience. My sales specialist, Shane Boucher, made it the best car-buying experience I've personally ever had. Why? Because I didn't feel one iota of the typical underlying "sales pressure" that is generally impossible to avoid when buying a car. He started by asking me several key questions (such as what I liked most about my Audi) and his listening skills enabled him to then truly understand what's important to me in a vehicle. The test drive wasn't rushed at all, and most importantly - the genuine, patient and helpful demeanor didn't end when the papers were signed. In fact, as the doors were being locked several hours later, Shane was still in the lot patiently reviewing the multitude of features in my new Charger R/T Max AWD - covering not only the major components, but even the most detailed settings (such as making sure it was programmed to turn on the heated steering wheel & seats when I remote start). By the time I drove off the lot I actually knew how to use the navigation, sound, phone and bluetooth as if I'd been driving the car a week (this is quite the opposite of my experiences at both Audi and Infinity by the way, they each gave a lick and a promise and you're off - pulling over repeatedly to figure things out). I didn't pull over once on my ride home. Thanks again Shane. You're a gem. More

These guys are thieves, straight up. Do not go anywhere near them. "Lawless" is a good name for them. My sales guy was Phil Ossino. I don't think he's any worse than anyone else up there because as far as I can tell, they're all bad. Found a car on the internet, drove up, took it out for a test drive. It had some issues (I felt like there was something rubbing on the rear wheel and the passenger seat was broken). I told them I'd like the issues fixed and I'd like my mechanic to take a look at it. I put down $500 on the car. They ran my debit card right away. This was on Thursday, December 20. Phil told me he wasn't going to be in the following day (the Friday before Christmas) and that the mechanics probably wouldn't get to it until after Christmas. I tell them, no problem. I'm not in a rush. I call back on Thursday, Dec. 27. Phil tells me the two issues have been fixed and when can I come and pick it up? The next day (Friday, Dec. 28) is no good. Phil isn't going to be in because it's the Friday before New Year's Eve. I say, fine, I'll come and get it after New Year's. Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013 at 9:02 a.m. I call Phil. No answer, so I leave a message, saying I'd like to come and get the car and take it to my mechanic. He doesn't call back. Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013 at 9:10 a.m. I call Phil. No answer, so I leave the same message. I call back at 10:30 a.m. and leave another message. I call back at 11:15 a.m. and talk to the operator. She says Phil is here, he's just with a customer. I say, I don't need to talk to Phil specifically, just anyone who can help me arrange to get my car. She says Phil will call me right back. Thirty minutes later (11:45 a.m.) I call back and ask to talk to ANYONE who can help me get this car ready to take to my mechanic. I'm transferred to Chris Chapman, their Director of Finance, who tells me THEY SOLD THE CAR TO SOMEONE ELSE. I ask how that's possible, since I put a $500 deposit down on it. He tells me he doesn't know. He says that a deposit will only hold a car for 48 hours unless other arrangements are made. I tell him that other arrangements HAD been made. He makes apologetic noises, but there's nothing he can do. The car is gone. He transfers me to Jeff Saleeby, who is the head of their used car division. He's kind of apologetic, but keeps saying things like "Well... if you DID call Phil...", implying that I'm lying about the whole thing. I tell Jeff I just want my money back and I never want to deal with them again. He tells me it'll take just a few minutes and he'll call me as soon as the credit slip goes through. Two hours later, I call him back. He tells me that he's put the "paperwork in with our accounting department" and that the refund "should be processed today". I ask him what happened to "just a few minutes" and he mumbles some B.S. about the accounting department being backed up. DO NOT GO TO THESE GUYS. More
Worked with Mike Sullivan at the beginning to get a ballpark price to start with over email. He was good to work with, but didnt seem like he had the authority to negotiate at all so I had to go in to ballpark price to start with over email. Still had to deal with the normal car sales tactics, but this was definitely the best new car buying experience of the three I have had so far. Phil was great to work with and made me feel like he was more on my side than the sales mgr. Even though it was a longer and more stressful negotiation than I was hoping for, I am happy with how things turned out and would recommend them to anyone of my friends. More

He was thorough in asking me questions about the miles I drive and the type of car I was looking for without pressuring me or lying to me just to sell the car. Once we agreed on a price, which Kevin was able to keep me in my price range, I left the dealership with no regrets and I feel safe with my new liberty. I showed up to the dealership for my routine check up,I waited not even 20 minutes and all the services were done (oil change,air in tires,etc). I recommend anyone go to this dealership and ask for Kevin A,he will go above and beyond........last thing, the managers were really nice too!!!!
