Sham is the best! He made me feel very comfortable and was very easy to talk to. He was never pushy or tried to up sell me. He knew what I wanted and was going to get me that car. Last year I was shopping for a Jeep Compass and went to a dozen dealerships and a friend recommended Lawless as she and her husband had purchased several jeeps over the years from them. I was not getting the price I wanted anywhere and I knew exactly what vehicle I wanted, color features etc. When I arrived I met Dmitar and he was extremely helpful and they had the exact car I wanted. I told him what I wanted to pay. I had a bad experience with the sales manager at the time and left but Dmitar saved the sale. We maintained a relationship since and I have sent him several referrals since. Everyone who has gone to see him has told me how professional and great he is to work with which is important as these are not only friends but business contacts. A few months later my boyfriend decided he loved my jeep so much he wanted one and we began hunting again. I was greated instantly as opposed to waiting 10 or so minutes to even be looked at my last stop. I must have been offered something to drink about 5 or 6 times (very hospitable)! But over all my sales rep Brent was very knowledgable about his product upfront and honest and very kind.
