Recently purchased a new Jeep from the folks at Lawless. The process worked out perfectly; they were able to find the exact vehicle I wanted, with the right options and were able to meet my price range. I made an appointment on 11-22-13 in person at Lawless. I wanted my tires rotated and my car detailed.I was told to bring it in on 11-26-13 and they would have a loaner for me. I went on 11-26-13 at 8 AM and wanted my tires rotated and my car detailed.I was told to bring it in on 11-26-13 and they would have a loaner for me. I went on 11-26-13 at 8 AM and was told there was NO loaner available. Then why was I told to come on this day? I live in Medford and now i'm wondering why i'm I going to Lawless and not Grava. SEcond thing bad in 3 days, 3 strikes and your out. I was also told I would be called when a loaner became available. Its after 2:30 pm now and no call. I guess they meant a different day! More

The second car I have got from Sham and he is great. The problem I have is that after finishing the deal with Sham my son na I waited 1 1/2 hrs befroe we could see the finance man Kevin. This is totally anaceptable.We were there for 4 1/2 hours w/o so much as a drink.Something has to be done to speed up the process. By the time we saw Kevin we just wanted to leave so we could have cared less what he was saying. I feel that a speedier process we may have spent more. More

After deciding this was the Jeep I wanted, I went back a few days later with my wife for another test drive and ended up purchasing. On that visit I worked with Dimitar Kastelov who closed the deal for me. He was not your stereotypical used car salesman. He's a no BS kind of guy, very straight forward, friendly and I felt really worked to get me the best value for my trade in. It was a pleasure working with him. Chris Chapman was very helpful with our finance questions and put my wife's mind at ease with regards to financing through the dealership, which essentially is DCU.
