James responded with the price listed on the website (what a joke, right?). He said that if I come in someone would be happy to work with me on price, but I really just need to see the car. Now, I'm no expert at wasting people's time, but where I work, I try to accommodate the customer rather than give them the runaround as a ploy to get them into the office. Instead of engaging in some kind of meaningful discussion on price, he sent me links to the price of other cars similar to this one to show their price was better. Obviously I had already done my research and knew where their price fell, that's why I reached out to them to begin with. I was trying to save some hassle by getting a better price before I wasted half a day going to the dealership I gave them one more shot at talking price and he said there was nothing he could do over email. I told him I was all set. The very next day, the internet manager (Ryan Forbes) emailed me asking to come in again and ensuring me that his goal was to ensure total satisfaction. I replied and again asked for their best price on the vehicle or to remove me from their system. I received no response. Great customer experience, huh? Bottom line is that these guys lost an easy sale if they had chosen to operate with even a modicum of professionalism. Don't waste your time with these guys when there are plenty of other decent Jeep dealers in the area. More

I ended up trading in my vehicle for a new 2016 Chrystler 200 very nice auto, has plenty of power and gives a great ride. Matt took excellent care of me walked me through all the trans in process. Got me some great financing and drove out with a new vehicle. The whole dealership, was clean wide selection of vehicles to choose from and from service dept to showroom. OK, salesmen will call...no call back. 6 hours after arriving at showroom i had to remove my plates from vehicle, remove my stuff and drive home in my old car. I left msg for operations manager and (Jeff Wray)still have heard Nothing!! Car was dropped off at my house today by someone i never saw and not one word about this horrific treatment. More
