Lies & Greed This dealership only interested in how much of your money they can squeeze out of your wallet and into their own. Purchased a Grand Cherokee Trackhaw This dealership only interested in how much of your money they can squeeze out of your wallet and into their own. Purchased a Grand Cherokee Trackhawk in December 2017. Was assured it was "limited production" so I paid $10,000 over MSRP. Now, a few months later Lawless is selling Trackhawks with huge discounts. Matt Saia and this whole dealership are just typical of the car business at it's worst. I love my vehicle. I have owned 8 Grand Cherokees and this is the best one yet. But do yourself a huge favor, and buy from an honest dealer. I wouldn't let these bozos change my oil and will never go within 50 miles of this place. Steer clear of Lawless CDJR!!!!! More

So I brought it back about a week to get the horn fix they called me 30 minutes later for me to pick it up because they didnt have the parts to fix it and they said it would take 2 days to pick the parts up and that they will call me to Schedule another appointment well its been a little over a week and still bo call and still no horn thankyou. More

Matt Saia was great salesman. He explained everything well, and I never felt pressured to buy anything I didn’t feel necessary. I felt he was honest and gave me a great value. The finance office was wonderful. I usually dread going into that office because in my experience they try to scare you into buying things. This was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had. I forget the gentleman’s name, but he was helpful and explained everything but didn’t pressure me into anything. Overall, this was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had! More
