Awful Customer Service I have a service agreement with the dealership for free oil changes which is why I continue to go there. I have never been out of there in under two h I have a service agreement with the dealership for free oil changes which is why I continue to go there. I have never been out of there in under two hours. This last visit I showed up at 9:15AM and was told at 11:45AM that they didn't have the correct filter so it would be at least another half an hour even though I was very clear that I needed to leave by noon time. They gave me a loaner - very nice 2017 Jeep Wrangler. At 1:15PM I was notified that my truck was all set. I showed up around 4PM to find the oil change done, but oily foot prints all over the front of my truck on both sides and over the transmission hump - not sure why they even needed to be on the passengers side, but I guess some questions are better left unasked. The service manager came out and apologized and took it out back to shampoo the carpets - looked much better. I would highly suggest that you find somewhere else to service your vehicle unless time is of no importance to you. They couldn't even fill out the correct sticker on my windshield for my next service. Place is a joke. More
