Uneventful - literally The "check engine" light is on for my 2016 RAM 1500 Ecodiesel, with MaxCare service plan, so I called to make an appointment. The next available appo The "check engine" light is on for my 2016 RAM 1500 Ecodiesel, with MaxCare service plan, so I called to make an appointment. The next available appointment was in 3 weeks! So I booked the appointment, waited the 3 weeks, brought my truck in on Wednesday morning as scheduled. On Friday morning I called to check the status, and the reply was that they hadn't been able to look at the truck yet, but could "probably" get to it by the end of the day. So what's the point of making an appointment? So I said forget it, picked up the truck, and I'll take my business elsewhere. It's the second RAM Ecodiesel I've purchased from Lawless, but there won't be a third. More

He wanted to make it right and I have to say that changed my mind about the dealership. I would use them in the future knowing I may have just had one bad experience but that doesn’t represent the dealer as a whole. I would certainly buy a car from them again I found a car I was interested in and I made a verbal agreement on the price and details of a car with the manager. I also put a $500 over the phone deposit down. I then loaded up my newborn baby and drove two hours to see the car. When I got there I was greeted by mike in sales. He showed us the car and it STUNK alike cigarettes. I have 3 children and never in a million years would I have put them in that. Why they didn’t detail the car before showing it is mind boggling. I then met with Steven from financing I felt extremely rushed. His comments that " we closed 22 minutes ago" were rude and made us feel unwanted. I understand it is Sunday, I understand they probably had a busy day, I understand they wanted to get home to his own family, but we should have been treated with the same respect as your first client of the day. When we decided to drive 90 miles it was already 230pm and the manager told us to come anyways. They also wouldn’t let me have a co-signer if they weren’t there in person which is ridiculous since it’s 2018. The last dealer I bought my car at allowed us to. We drove home 2 hours and they promised the car wouldn’t smell any when we went back. Well two days later we drove another 2 hours to pick it up and it smelled like they literally poured cologne and Febreze on it to mask the cigarette smell. I’ve had the car over 2 weeks and I have to leave my windows open daily to air it out. More
