The next available appo The "check engine" light is on for my 2016 RAM 1500 Ecodiesel, with MaxCare service plan, so I called to make an appointment. The next available appointment was in 3 weeks! So I booked the appointment, waited the 3 weeks, brought my truck in on Wednesday morning as scheduled. On Friday morning I called to check the status, and the reply was that they hadn't been able to look at the truck yet, but could "probably" get to it by the end of the day. So what's the point of making an appointment? So I said forget it, picked up the truck, and I'll take my business elsewhere. It's the second RAM Ecodiesel I've purchased from Lawless, but there won't be a third. More
