Awesome, easy to work with dealership. Just picked up new Cherokee Overland. Had initial email communications a couple of days before I actually visited the dealership. They were quick to reply and answered all of my questions. Upon arriving to the dealership, they had the car ready with my name on it on big sign reserved for test drive. Matt was awesome to deal with and demonstrated all the features of the Jeep. Once we completed the test drive, I was able to close the deal within a few minutes. They were very easy to negotiate with. The entire process was great, from sales to financing. Overall the experience was awesome and I can highly recommend this dealership. More

Lack of communication ! Online scheduling unavailable and was forced to call to schedule an appointment on 6/27/18. The next available appointment was 7/11/18. I understand that it was busy with the holiday etc. I dropped my vehicle off and NEVER heard a word even after leaving a message on Friday, 3 days after dropping it off. I was finally contacted 6 days later with a diagnosis. I asked why it took 6 days to diagnose my vehicle and was told that they had been busy and were just getting to it then. I am disappointed in the lack of communication among the service advisors however my questions were answered truthfully and completly. Service was completed in one day and I am completely satisfied as usual. I have never had an issue before and truly hope this was just one of those unfortunate circumstances. More
