Routine Oi Change and Tire Rotation Disappointed when I walked in at 6:30 am to be told express lane oil changes did not start until 7:00 am. That was not mentioned on dealer website. He listened to what I was looking for and made sure that we found it. He never became pushy when we mentioned that we still had a few other cars we wanted to look at which was very much appreciated. We were back in a few days to buy the car and Jared made sure we got the exact model that we wanted and went over all of the features in the car before we drove off.
