Once the deal was made, the waiting game began I came in knowing which vehicle I wanted. Initially Dwane was helpful and helped get the deal done. Unfortunately, the finance & delivery of the vehicle left me feeling less than satisfied. I spent almost 4 hours waiting for the finance department. I live in NH, so it's not like I could just go home and wait for them to call. It wasn't just me, it was the end of the month and there were several people in my situation. Because I live in NH the vehicle had to be delivered to me. I was called by Dwane on Wednesday and he said that the deliver would be at 11am the following day at my town hall. On Thursday I arrived at the town hall at 11am and waited... I attempted to call and text Dwane to see what was going on, but he never responded. After waiting for 30 minutes I called the dealership and they said someone would call me back. at 11:45 I got a call from the delivery driver who was 30 minutes away. So, in all they were an hour and 15 minutes late, which made me late for a meeting. The delivery driver told me that they didn't even leave Woburn until 10:30 and they had another stop before me, so he isn't sure why anyone would tell me 11am for the delivery. More
