Once the deal was made, the waiting game began I came in knowing which vehicle I wanted. Initially Dwane was helpful and helped get the deal done. Unfortunately, the finance & delivery of the vehi I came in knowing which vehicle I wanted. Initially Dwane was helpful and helped get the deal done. Unfortunately, the finance & delivery of the vehicle left me feeling less than satisfied. I spent almost 4 hours waiting for the finance department. I live in NH, so it's not like I could just go home and wait for them to call. It wasn't just me, it was the end of the month and there were several people in my situation. Because I live in NH the vehicle had to be delivered to me. I was called by Dwane on Wednesday and he said that the deliver would be at 11am the following day at my town hall. On Thursday I arrived at the town hall at 11am and waited... I attempted to call and text Dwane to see what was going on, but he never responded. After waiting for 30 minutes I called the dealership and they said someone would call me back. at 11:45 I got a call from the delivery driver who was 30 minutes away. So, in all they were an hour and 15 minutes late, which made me late for a meeting. The delivery driver told me that they didn't even leave Woburn until 10:30 and they had another stop before me, so he isn't sure why anyone would tell me 11am for the delivery. More

Not the experience I was expecting, All is well now. A clerical error was made in the registration process. Dealership was not to concerned and took their time to fix the problem. I called my Salesmen an A clerical error was made in the registration process. Dealership was not to concerned and took their time to fix the problem. I called my Salesmen and the Finance Manager once this error was brought to my attention by my insurance agent but never received a call back. I had to physically take a trip to the dealership to try to rectify the problem. As of the time of this review, the problem still exists. The lack of communication is a concern for me. What if I need assistance later on in my lease time frame? Update, The clerical error has be rectified. Communication has gotten better. More

Oil change I came in for an oil change and it was done wrong and had to be done all over again, the service technician didn’t add enough oil, they gave me my tru I came in for an oil change and it was done wrong and had to be done all over again, the service technician didn’t add enough oil, they gave me my truck and said I was all set and when I got in I noticed my oil light was on if I drove off and left my truck would probably have broke down, I was not happy... I came back in and the oil change had to be done all over again, I waited another hour. All in all it was a joke it’s an oil change not heart surgery. More
