I was told it was going to be a 90 minute wait and decided I had to go with it and would catch up on work. Turns out the Internet wasn't working with my computer. After a few minutes, an Associate reset the modem and I as able to connect. The time went by quickly, and I appreciated having the work done within the time limit. More

Worst Experience Ever Do yourself a favor and find another dealer. The salesman I worked with was Tom Haddad. He’s basically retired and puts zero effort in. Worst of all, Do yourself a favor and find another dealer. The salesman I worked with was Tom Haddad. He’s basically retired and puts zero effort in. Worst of all, he flat out lied to me about accessories being backordered when in reality he never ordered them. I made several attempts to work with others at the dealership but they were just as useless. The truck I bought ended up having dents and scratches and had to be painted. Like I said, find another dealership, don’t make the same mistake I did. More

John recomended Jeep Cherokee Lerado.I was at Lawless three times always with John because he was personable and patient. The only reason the dealership did not get a five star rating is that I had to wait four hours to get into finance . More

Subpar service This is unfortunately the second time I've had service I wasn't happy with. Everyone there is nice, there's just a gap in communication between the of This is unfortunately the second time I've had service I wasn't happy with. Everyone there is nice, there's just a gap in communication between the office and the mechanics and a lack of effort to follow through with service. My first experience was ridiculous. I was told both struts needed to be replaced on the front end and that my warranty didn't cover it. I informed the tech that they were in fact under warranty, and proceeded with service. After another day I was told the vehicle was all set. When I arrived to the dealership, I was informed that only one strut needed to be replaced. Frustrated that I had a voicemail explaining the day before it was both, but now it was just one. I left the dealership either way, only to find the same bottoming out noise that I brought it in for. When I called them, they informed me that they actually had forgotten to replace the strut, and that the part hadn't even come in yet. At this point, they agreed that both struts needed to be replaced. As far as the most recent apt., They replaced an oil pressure sensor, because it was leaking oil. I was low on oil, as it was leaking pretty bad. When I returned, I was surprised that they hadn't done an oil change,although in fairness, I didnt ask them to, just assumed it would get done. When I asked if they topped off the oil, my response was "probably". When I got the vehicle, it was at the same level I brought it in at. They topped it off upon request, and again are always courteous and apologetic, but this is the last time I will be bringing my vehicle to Lawless for service if I have the choice. More
