Room for Improvement Generally and overall, the service department has been adequate and fair. Unlike luxury car brands, they do not offer loaner cars and you must rent a Generally and overall, the service department has been adequate and fair. Unlike luxury car brands, they do not offer loaner cars and you must rent a car from them for $35.00 a day. They do offer to shuttle you locally which works for some. Their waiting area/lounge is nice but a bit snug but all the essentials are there like coffee, tea and snacks. OFTEN, VM messages you leave for service are NEVER answered, calls are often unreturned so you must call back in the hopes of getting through. Salesmen have been a bit disappointing to deal with and they do not actually have the vehicles being advertised in their Lease programs and want/try to up-sell you to another more expensive vehicle. This seems common practice among dealerships and makes me feel baited and switched. Like when stores advertise "Up to 70% off" and everything is 25% off except one item at 70%... If they had 1/2 stars my rating would be somewhere in-between average and good. The phone receptionist could be warmer and friendlier, dealers don't realize this is peoples first impression and EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. More
