Worst Experience of my entire adult life We went to Lawless to purchase my son’s first vehicle a used CPO Ram 1500 and had the worse experience of my life dealing with the Lawless Sales team We went to Lawless to purchase my son’s first vehicle a used CPO Ram 1500 and had the worse experience of my life dealing with the Lawless Sales team which included Dwane Killion (Sales ), Chuck Haddad (Sales Manager) and Antonio Bruno (GM of Sales). There were so many inconveniences and mistakes by Lawless it would take several pages to describe the detailed lack of accountability, integrity, truthfulness and lack of respect for its customers. I have listed a brief summary of my experience to make you aware so you can avoid the dealership. Dwane Killion – never returned phone calls of sales purchased, lied about being off and set up truck pick up on his day off and didn’t notify anybody. In short, no follow up and vehicle was delayed an entire week. Also during sales negotiations the rear seat was to be repaired with foam to remove the indentations. It didn’t happen. If you have any issues have them listed on the sales xxx sheet in writing. Chuck Haddad – same issue as Dwane. Scheduled vehicle pick up on his day off and didn’t tell anybody and I was left asking again for somebody else to assist me. Informed me that vehicle was ready to pick up and only needed to be detailed but when I arrived and had to ask for the GM Antonio Bruno. I was informed that the vehicle wasn’t even there even though Chuck informed me that it was done and only needed to be detailed. Chuck also informed me that his vendors couldn’t repair the rear seat after he told me if we said “we would fix it we will”. I offered to have it fixed by an upholstery shop at their cost…no response from him. Seat not repaired. Antonio Bruno – although he attempted to assist me he appears to have no authority at all or accountability for his team actions other than “sorry for the inconvenience”. He delegated me to his Sales Manager & Finance Manager for final pick up since he was off .Both too busy to deal with me during pick up even though I was an alleged priority due to all of the mishaps and was brushed off to another unknown sales person. Antonio informed me that they don’t fix seats in used vehicles four days later but apparently his staff has no idea of their own policy and communicated they did. I asked for the owner’s name so I could contact them and he refused to give me the owner’s information. I went to the dealership four times to pick up the truck and it wasn’t ready even though I confirmed each day verbally as well in writing. The vehicle is CPO. I never received the 121 inspection and had to ask to have emailed to me. Also, as indicated on the inspection wipers were reviewed. These were bad as discussed during sales negotiations, apparently the inspection doesn’t mean much and signed off by the Sales manager. I had to replace $40. Later due to poor visible due to the weather…I also mentioned this in writing and you guess it…No Response. I drove off of the sales lot without the registration and no one told me at Lawless that it wasn’t registered. I had to call my insurance to check. Once home I realized that there was a door dent in the passenger side of the truck that wasn’t there before (yes I have pictures of before pick up and after) and contacted them immediately. Lawless ignored my request to address since it was done at the dealership. More

My Grand Cherokee Trailhawk needed service I went there around noon time on a weekday, was told about an hour for the oil change and the cruise control recall on my Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. Ha I went there around noon time on a weekday, was told about an hour for the oil change and the cruise control recall on my Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. Had this done a couple of days ago, don't remember the exact amount of time it took but i was in and out before the hour was up. I come here for all my service needs and so far have had no problems. If i did i would have no problem saying so because i know how some places can be, trust me lol. The staff was very professional and courteous and i really like the break room where you wait for your vehicle. All the comforts of home, and i mean that literally. Coffee, tea, water, fruit, snacks and much more. Not to mention all the wifi booths and places to plug in anything electrical so if you have work to do, you wont miss a beat. I always thought that if you own your car outright, ( which is how i bought mine ) the service isn't as good as if you financed. So far, here at Lawless, it doesn't seem to matter. Same service for all. I bought my jeep from a gentleman who no longer works there, his name is Jared and he knew his stuff. Thanks Jared and I'm extremely sad to hear you had left. More
